LETTERBOX Distribution was set up in March 1996 by Simon Greatbatch who, with over fourteen years of experience in the industry, saw the need for a more accountable leaflet distribution service that would meet the specific needs of the Estate Agency Market and service industry.

The company structure has been designed to eliminate the main problems associated with leaflet distribution, namely non-delivery, coupled with an account handler to deal with the client before, during and after completion of distribution. This has been achieved by recruiting a field staff of adults paid hourly and not by the quantity delivered, who are supervised by a team leader co-ordinating distribution from a transit van and our service has recently benefited from a vehicle tracking system fitted to all vans. This enables us to locate any of our vans, at any time or see a joumey of where it has been.

Greatbatch Limited is one of only two independent London companies, which have been elected in membership of The Association of Household Distributors (AHD) and are also members of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA). Our estate agency clients include - Copping Joyce, John D Wood, Capital Sales & Lettings, Hornsey Agencies, Matthew James, Winkworth, Claridges, Spicer McColl, Haart, Bradford & Bingley, Barnard Marcus, Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward and Ludlow Thompson. Other clients include - Port of London Authority, Metropolitan Police, Thames Water, BUPA, Capital Carpet Cleaning and seven Borough councils.
